The Review of Australian Fiction recently commissioned a WA only special edition to commemorate the best of WA’s literary talent. To celebrate, six of those featured writers will come together for a night of storytelling at The Centre for Stories.
Here, they’re reflecting on the many different ways in which it means to be alive, in light and dark, love and loss.
On the night, you’ll hear stories from David Whish-Wilson, Amanda Curtin, Susan Midalia, Maria Papas, Nicole Sinclair and Yvette Walker. They’re important, powerful stories about life and at times about the state we live in, in all it’s colours, contradictions, and complications.
The structure is as follows:
Format: 3 readings, followed by a brief interlude, followed by another three readings.
Entry includes refreshments and food. Please email us if you have specific dietary requirements.
