I CHOOSE NOT TO LIVE MY LIFE IN HATRED

Imagine you're holidaying in Paris and you get a phonecall: your daughter has been murdered. This is exactly what Karen Lang experienced.

Karen works through her grief by meeting the woman who took her daughter's life. Listen to her as she reflects on her journey of understanding, empathy and, finally, forgiveness.

'It's about understanding, opening your heart enough to be able to see things from other people's points of views. I can't change what happened to Jessie, but I can change how I view that, and how I move through that, and how I live my life after that. And I choose not to live my life in hatred...'
