Remember what it was like to listen to a great story? Lying in bed, sitting around a camp fire, curled up on a sofa or lazing on the beach while someone read exciting, spooky or funny stories that ignited the imagination?

Lit Live is a new way to enjoy great short stories, read to you by great storytellers.

Sharing stories is the universal way to make sense of our lives; they affirm who we are, cross time and cultural barriers, allow us to enjoy similarities and understand differences.

August's theme is A Beginning, A Middle, An End.

Featuring performances from Sarah McNeill, James Thomasson and Agelink Theatre Artistic Director Jenny Davis.

This month's performances feature excerpts from American comedy writer BJ Novak and stories from emerging Australian writers!

We are running a special giveaway for this event only! Come along to Lit Live and enter into the running for a double pass to the opening night of the London touring production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night, opening in Perth on August 8.
