Remember what it was like to listen to a great story? Lying in bed, sitting around a camp fire, curled up on a sofa or lazing on the beach while someone read exciting, spooky or funny stories that ignited the imagination?
Lit Live is a new way to enjoy great short stories, read to you by great storytellers.
Sharing stories is the universal way to make sense of our lives; they affirm who we are, cross time and cultural barriers, allow us to enjoy similarities and understand differences.
This month's theme is Bittersweet.
Featuring Sarah McNeill and Nicola Bartlett.
Nicola has worked on TV, stage and film, including the award-winning short film, Little Sparrows. Most recently she played Lady M in comedian Greg Fleet's modern take on Macbeth, called Signifying Nothing, which toured to Adelaide Fringe and Brisbane.
Nicola will be reading 'Now, Voyager' from the Margaret River Press collection The Trouble with Flying.
