From the author of the exciting new Soul Thief fantasy trilogy (New Dawn Publishing), Madeline Te Whiu, comes an enchanting 2-hour interactive fantasy writing workshop.
Madeline will help you to unravel the secrets of world-building, weave intricate character arcs, write strong anti-heroes and female leads, and gracefully sidestep the pitfalls of info-dumping. Whether you’re conjuring magical realms or charting courses through distant galaxies, this workshop will ignite your imagination and empower you to craft narratives that carry readers far beyond the ordinary.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The event will be held at Centre for Stories, Northbridge WA 6003. Centre for Stories is a wheelchair accessible venue.
The Perth train station is a 10-minute walk from Centre for Stories. The closest Wilson parking is 2 minutes away at Northbridge Central, 8/6 Errichetti Place.

Madeline Te Whiu
Collapse BioMadeline Te Whiu is a debut author publishing the first of her The Soul Thief trilogy with New Dawn in late 2022. Madeline is a veterinary nurse residing in Perth, Western Australia along with her husband, dog, two cats and small flock of chickens. Her passion for books began when she was growing up in rural South Australia. She has always had an avidity for reading with her favourite authors being Kristin Cashore, C.L Wilson, and Peter V. Brett, just to name a few
